Free Early Years Entitlement

 

3-4 year olds

 

All children aged 3 & 4 years old are entitled to 15 hours FREE childcare a week (over 38 weeks of the year). You can start to claim your 15 hours FREE childcare a week the term after your child turns 3 years old. You can also apply for 30 hours a week funding on the gov website there is a criteria to meet for the 30 hours.

 

2 year olds

 

Some 2 year olds in England can get 15 hours free early education and childcare.

If you meet any of the following criteria; Imcome Support, Income Based Jobseeker's Allowance, Child Tax Credits or Working Tax Credits and have an annual income under £16.190, They have a current statement of special education needs or they are looked after by a local council.
